The united states is the world reserve currency. It is not going to default or go bankrupt or any of that nonsense. That isn't how bitcoin wins.
Bitcoin will win because of people in other countries realizing they get a shit deal having to deal with pegging their currency to the dollar.
Bitcoin will win because it will continue to increase in value against the dollar, while only depreciating marginally after massive gains.
Bitcoin will win because as people learn about it, they realize what makes it a better store of value, which causes further adoption as a value store which increases security of the network, increasing its value proposition and driving up of the price.
Bitcoin will win because it is money in its purest form.
Bitcoin will win because people will realize it has the most secure base layer due to hash power, smallest block size and thus lowest barrier to entry for peers to validate the chain - adding to security.
Bitcoin will win because of its security and ability to do ANYTHING any other crypto claims on a second or third layer, with immense advantages in security over other coins.
Bitcoin will win. You don't even have to hodl for it to happen.
